The Mochnarte Foundation hosted a presentation of projects by two Belarusian artists, Nadya Sayapina and Lena Davidovich, created during their residency.
Nadya Sayapina presented POKUĆ, a project exploring the search for Belarusian identity in the context of exile. Through this work, she examined how the experience of forced migration is reflected in both traditional and contemporary culture.

Lena Davidovich shared her project LISTEN TO ME, YOU ISLANDS!, in which she explored “borderline” places and situations. As part of the project, Lena also began researching local songs, sounds, and traditions, reflecting on how cultural memory is preserved and transmitted through everyday practices.
