Photo & Video Policy
During residency programs, workshops, and public events organized by Mochnarte Foundation, photographs and video recordings may be taken for documentation, communication, and promotional purposes.
By participating in our activities, attendees acknowledge that images and recordings may be used by the Foundation in its publications, on its website and social media channels, as well as in communication with partners, funders, and the broader public.
Mochnarte Foundation is committed to respectful and responsible representation of all participants. We are particularly attentive to the needs of individuals who may prefer not to be identifiable.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, or prefer not to be clearly identifiable, please inform our team in advance or during the event. We will make every reasonable effort to respect your request.
For participants directly involved in artistic or educational programs, individual consent may be requested separately.
