Sexual Exploitation, Abuse & Harassment Policy
The Mochnarte Foundation is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all artists, participants, collaborators, and visitors involved in our programmes. We believe that artistic and educational activities can only flourish in an atmosphere based on mutual respect, dignity, and equality.
Mochnarte maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEA-H), as well as any form of discrimination, intimidation, or abuse of power. This commitment applies to all individuals engaged in our activities, including staff members, artists-in-residence, educators, volunteers, partners, and participants in workshops or public events.
To ensure a safe working and creative environment, the Foundation has adopted the following policies:
- Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (SEA-H) Policy
- Code of Conduct for Programme Participants and Residents
- Equality and Non-Discrimination Policy
- Complaints and Reporting Procedure
All persons participating in Mochnarte programmes are expected to comply with these policies and to contribute to maintaining a respectful and supportive community.
If you experience or witness behaviour that may constitute harassment, exploitation, or abuse in connection with Mochnarte’s activities, we encourage you to report the matter confidentially. All concerns will be treated seriously and handled in a fair, confidential, and respectful manner.
